at their work or home, daytime or evening. After taking your
instructions during the first meeting we will send you draft
copy documents for approval. The Legal documents will then
be drawn up and sent to you and we suggest you allow us to
store the completed papers for security reasons. Telephone
appointments can be held, for clients outside Berkshire.
Before they visit, it may be helpful if you have considered
the following:
- Who you will choose as Executor and Trustee and whether
you have sought their permission.
- If applicable, who you will choose as Guardians for your
children.
- Your funeral arrangements.
- Any personal gifts you wish to bequeath.
- Beneficiaries to your Estate, should your primary choices
pre-decease you.
Currently if you die having not made a Will your possessions
will be distributed as per the rights of succession, this may
not be what you want. The only way to ensure your wishes are
fulfilled is to make a Will.
